One quick check becomes a drift. Tapping through menus to edit reps breaks the spell too. So ARIVL lets your voice keep the session moving.

Meet the Caddy.

Like a golf caddy, it carries the bag and keeps track. You still play the shot. It doesn’t count your reps: you say the number, it writes it down. It only uses weights you’ve told it or your own history, and it asks before changing next session’s weights. It supports your training; it doesn’t replace a PT or physio.

Screen-free minutes.

At the end of each session, see how long you stayed off your phone during your workout, measured in the ARIVL app. A quiet badge of focus, if you want one.
